 Welcome to Starling-Ohio

Formed in 1895, Starling-Ohio is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting faculty families and students at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and College of Dentistry. Through philanthropy, education and fellowship, we aim to strengthen faculty families and students, foster connections and raise funds for scholarships.

Membership

Faculty and spouses of faculty at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and College of Dentistry are invited to join as members. Membership dues are $45 annually, and benefits include:

​

  • A fall and spring luncheon meeting featuring an outstanding speaker. 

  • Other educational and social events throughout the year.

Fellowship and Education

Our events aim to create a supportive network among faculty families and students. By organizing social gatherings, workshops, and events, we educate our members, foster meaningful relationships and strengthen our sense of community.

Philanthropy and Scholarships

Financial assistance enables students to focus on their studies and achieve their educational goals, contributing to the growth and development of future professionals. We donate 90% of our membership dues to support student scholarships at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and College of Dentistry.
